Just before the mouth of the Tagliamento, where the river meets the sea, there was, for fifty years, a casone where a fisherman, Guglielmo, enriched the melody that the water sang caressing the banks with the scent of freshly cooked fish. Even today those scents and melodies tell of Willy’s mastery in preparing the tastiest grilled fish dishes. Today the restaurant is run by his daughter Laura and her husband Ugo (professional sommelier), their daughters and son-in-law. The restaurant can also be reached from the Tagliamento with a large dock for boats.
