My name is Francesco Dalle Crode and it all started in 2017, in the heart of Lignano Sabbiadoro. As a restaurant enthusiast, I decided to transform a historic venue into something special: King Pub.
With the idea of offering artisanal sandwiches and beers from local producers, I created a place where quality and the territory are the protagonists. Success was not long in coming, and in 2019 I opened a second venue in Latisana, followed by Pordenone in 2020, also adapting to the COVID-19 period with the delivery service and joining initiatives such as “Io sono Friuli Venezia Giulia” to support local trade.
From then on, the adventure continued: in Udine in 2021, in Lignano Pineta in 2022, and then in Trieste and Vittorio Veneto in 2023, my hometown. In 2024 we also arrived in Bibione. Every new opening is for me a confirmation of how important it is to support local producers and offer those who visit us an authentic and quality experience.
With the same enthusiasm as when I started, today I dream of expanding King Pub throughout Italy, bringing our successful format everywhere through franchising.
