Il Panino opened in 1983 in Lignano and was immediately a great success. Fabrizio Moretto, the current owner, was lucky enough to work there for 12 years, first as an employee and then as a trusted collaborator. With passion and dedication, he quickly learned the art and secrets of the trade. Together with his wife Fulvia, since 2004 he has developed some entrepreneurial projects in the world of food and beyond, successfully opening various formats and chains. In 2020 Fabrizio returned to Il Panino to take over its management together with Fulvia and his brother-in-law Maurizio: the choice to return to the origins pushes him with great enthusiasm towards this new adventure, this time in a new role, that of the owner. The constant commitment to the search for quality ingredients, a careful eye on sustainability, the great attention to the needs of the customer and the working well-being of its collaborators are the basis of the gastronomic offer of Il Panino, which has become a point of reference among the Lignano restaurants.
