Founded in 2018, Fast Mood was born from the union of two friendly visions: Lorenzo Chinellato and Tommaso Sandri, united by a passion for good food and a love for their local area.
A constantly evolving project centered on craftsmanship and sustainability, enhanced by the creativity of Lorenzo and Tommaso, visual artists as well as paninari.
Each sandwich is the result of meticulous research, from the raw materials to the combinations, and every piece of furniture is crafted by the same hands that prepare the mayonnaise and other ingredients. Every product and packaging used is designed to minimize waste and pollution, with almost no single-use plastic.
Fast Mood is a flexible and open ecosystem based on direct relationships with the suppliers, producers, and artisans who surround it.
