Born from an idea of Martina in 19?? as Gelateria Dolomiti it is only with the (biblical) meeting of her with Paolo that the rock bar Dolomitico was born… Dolomitiko… Demolitiko… come on let’s call it DK so maybe people don’t get it wrong… no even like that some people call it dok!?!?!. Over the years the bar has changed a lot until it took on the appearance it has now, the things that have never changed are without a doubt the friends, the beer, the music, the beer, the aperitifs, the beer, the parties, the beer, the shots, the beer and yes come on… a little more beer, and they certainly haven’t changed:
